Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for tampered, opened, or used products due to broken seals. Returns are only accepted for products not sealed, damaged or leaked during transit, having defects, empty or wrong product, or incorrectly shipped. Initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing ask@chapterskin.in with unboxing videos and photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 4 working days from your end. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:
In case of quality issue/defect:
- Please pack the products to be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
- We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice.
- Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection, and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit Note will be issued for the full amount for the defective/faulty product.
- Our credit notes can only be used on our website. The same will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.
- Eligible returns will receive replacements; ineligible ones will be returned to the customer.
Chapter Skin is not liable for damage during delivery. Skin compatibility issues do not qualify for returns. Skincare effectiveness varies among individuals. Contact ask@chapterskin.in for usage guidance.
